Shannon joined Phoenix in April/2008.

He has experience in working for leading companies in the agribusiness industry in Brazil. In 2007, he worked on logistics operations for sugar and ethanol Mills, which included freight and product delivery planning, as well as business development concerning various mill projects: acquisitions, greenfields, brownfields, co-generation /green coal and logistics.

From 2005 to 2006, Shannon was part of the Integrated Planning Area of leading defensives and seeds company Syngenta. He worked on various market studies, covering from the oilseeds market for biodiesel production to the Latin American Rice market.

Shannon holds a degree in Economics from São Paulo State University.
